Captain Kevin Cleaning Island Hopper

Island Hopper departed Treasure Cay at 9:25 with winds out of the East 10 -15, Seas 1-2 and the temperature in the 80's. Today's cruise was 19.7 miles.  Island Hopper arrived at Green Turtle Cay around 11:15 AM.

Debbie and Barb On The Bow

The crew took the dingy to New Plymouth.  Ed and Barb toured the Albert Lowe Museum, New Plymouth's most frequently visited attraction.  It is the Bahamas'  oldest historical museum dedicated to Albert Lowe a model ship builder. Next the crew walked down the street to the Memorial Sculpture Garden.  The past is the present in this garden, across the street from the New Plymouth Inn.  The busts of local residents are immortalized in busts perched on pedestals.

Ed, Barb, Kevin and Debbie stopped at Lowe's Grocery for some homemade ice cream.  Then it was a slow walk through the town.

Eating Island Style

Before getting on the dingy they stopped at the local stand at the dock to buy fresh conch salad.  It was absolutely amazing.

Back to the boat by dingy with a quick cruise to see the Yacht Club. Then to the dock in White Sound.  Happy Hour on the back deck, then a wonderful dinner on the screened porch at Green Turtle Club.

ANOTHER GREAT DAY IN THE ISLANDS WITH GOOD FRIENDS!
IT JUST DOESN'T GET MUCH GOODER THAN THIS!!!!  EXCEPT IN GUANA:)
