Sylvan Beach to Brewerton, NY

We left Sylvan Beach free wall and headed to Brewerton, almost the end of the Erie Canal (for us) to Winter Harbor Marina.   This is a working marina where Island Hopper will spend the winter.  The journey today was short, 23 miles 20 of which were across Lake Oneida, the largest lake in NY which is entirely within its border.
For the first time in many days we were able to blow out the diesels for a few minutes before we approached many bass boats enjoying the lake.
We stayed in Brewerton, Winter Harbor Marina, for two nights.  The marina provides courtesy cars so we were able to provision, find a laundromat, and check out Brewerton, which did not take long.

The buildings in the background are the boat storage.  Heated as well so We don't have to winterize all of the systems on the boat.  Since this is very near Syracuse, being inside is very important due to the large snowfalls here.
